I'm wondering if the docs are already signed and they are awaiting some sort of official OK. I'm not sure how it works in CR, but for instance, with the notaries needing to be attorneys. The docs are signed, but now the docs get forwarded somewhere for someone to officially seal or record them or something like that. They can't discuss more, because the docs signed, but without this all important next step could kink things.
Originally I thought the GE part may have been to further assure the buyer, but the more I think about it the more I think the reason GE is coming out is to get this ball rolling immediately after the final step (mentioned above) is done.
Something like this..."Hi GE people. Here is this massive $300,000,000 contract we just received and we want you to take a close look to tell us if your XBY-Super Turbine or your Y2K-Platinum Turbine is the best way to go based on what is outlined in this, once again, $300,000,000 (love seeing all the zeros) contract that we just received."
"What say you GE? Great! When can you guys start?"
Whether that stuff is correct or not, I did notice the tone change as well. That's why my mind is racing with what if's and could be's. I guess we'll find out soon enough, but it sure is exciting to see a real company really succeed here on the pink sheets...Of course, there is always a risk of something falling through, but I think this one is gonna' make it and make it BIG at that!
