the 5-6 weeks are in agreement with the 45 days you mentioned before for S1 approval (if it is not delayed much by gvmt shutdown) and seem to fit into Company's plan of getting listed by EOY with r/s completed a week or two before. By then S1 s/b approved and funding thus enabled.
