Very funny.. yes misleading prs can be scrutinized by the Sec and also companies believe it or not in some cases have also come after those who post slander/misinformation on message boards- I think on both sides of the fence the information must provide substantial evidence for it to amount to much of anything

It is, and if you think so report it.. although it's not the first time conman put out BS news,, they are overloaded at SEC, but,, every hit kicks it up a notch. And I know, right? somebody has to add in, about every fricken time.. 'yeah, but no, it's' gonna get all this big shot financing, blah, blah, blah,' in there responces> LOL
