I would agree. This company when combined s/b worth more than current value. Maybe the filings will give us a hint of actual value. Accardi would not be merging his company if he didn't feel it would benefit all involved. The fact that they haven't went bankrupt should say something about their resilience.
A PR giving all of us a future outlook and a believable business plan will give investors a reason to trust their words and move this company forward.
