I think they are also forward splitting their shares 5 for 1 as of 12/31/05 on 1/31/06. Total scam they pulled that didn't work.

RVMN does appear to be maxing out its share releases through S-8's up to the Authorization quantity. Can they raise authorization without a bankruptcy ?

What do you think of JPHC's dilution problems ? Management has promised a buyback but I cant wait a year for that one unless the news gets a little more real and less fluffy and there is some pps benefit. Let me know what you think if you have a moment, thanks.
