Youre absolutely right. Its a scam that's been going on since who knows when with many companies whether it be the ones that sell investments over the phone and when they get enough sales they gut the office and set up some place else, or with penny stocks with what they did here. Just look at the history, the pr gets people hyped yet there is no exact date on anything and when there is its always a lie or they never fully do what they were supposed to do in the first place with it. To invest with this company again after this whole mess is just asking for pain. You might get some money on a pump....if one exists at all, you have to remember, everyone knows about vrni with their garbage, everyone knows they had to do a r/s switch and anyone can just look at the history of it, name change or not. Searching for the new stock symbol will have VRNI in there somewhere regardless.
