1) You buy fear
2) Government did this same stuff last year and raised the ceiling, this is all just a big game
3) You buy fear
4) They'll announce a raise in the ceiling and all stocks go back up. DONT BUY ON THE NEWS, you BUY THE FEAR NOW
5) BDI is UP and October is known for increasing shipping rates
