Sometimes, no news is good news as they say. If they don't have any meaningful news that will help shareholders, what else can they do other than keep quiet. The problem here is not VRNG. It is the judge who has let goog make a mockery of his court. If this judge did his duty with regrads to upholding the jury verdict, and the USPTO's determination, this case would be closed by now and may be we will be talking appeals instead of BS delays being orchestrated by goog. IMO, to me this judge's actions to date are highly questionable and leaning more towards ???????
