MetroGuide's " look " on their WEB site is more appealing to me than the others I looked at. I had considered IAC/InterActiveCorp when I was digging around and CityGrid might be a viable option with their subsidiaries. Even considering their downsizing issues in July, I don't know if SG would have deep enough pockets to be able to buy them AND their sister companies out. The structure all appears to be linked together so it would possibly be difficult to dismantle it for sale.

Unless he could get a package deal at a bargain basement price of pennies on the dollar( http://techcrunch.com/2013/07/01/iacs-citygrid-parent-of-citysearch-and-urbanspoon-lays-off-two-thirds-of-staff-as-local-ad-push-bites/ ), I just don't think he could handle the more than likely LARGE price tag that IAC would have on them as a whole.

They are not a FL based company either and IMHO, I feel SG would want to be looking at expansion from FL rather than CA.

Since a deal is only done when it is signed, sealed and delivered, we all may be waiting for a few weeks for this one to unfold since we all know how slow SG is with most of his dealings! I just hope SG get's a good BARGAIN BASEMENT PRICE and a HUGE RETURN on his investment for shareholders!!!!

GL2A..........GO SEEK !!!!
