I agree totally. The dilution here has been minimal. And at the mimimal amount of dilution they do they will be raising the A/S within 6 months.
Scott is not one for transparency so dont expect a PR announcing the raise in A/S he will do it like everything else.
It will be done and when the shareholders are finally aware of the action they will have already paid the price.
Scotts dilution in the last qtr was $400K worth. What did we get for half a million dollars in the last 3 months? A 10% decline in share price is it.
Why should that change now?
OH and we hired his buddy, But OOPS... a couple days too late for us to see what he is being paid. Thats OK though, we can find out what he is being paid next April with the 10k filing. I would guess his sign on bonus alone will be enough to need to raise the A/S.
I am not playing a dilution card. Scott has no option but to play that card himself. It will help if he only raises the AS to 1B but I am not holding my breath.
