Agree - Herzog lost all credibility with his partners as well. A criminal loses his criminal friends if he shows too many unabilities. Herzog is a lousy loser as he has to steal money from shareholder and as he has to lie - I ask myself if he will be satified if he looks back finally at such a poor life he has had. I am sorry for such low, poor characters.
