What value remains in patent after selling rights?
Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

The value of a patent is in the rights (a)to prevent infringement and (b) to sue infringers.
Once those rights are sold there's no value left in the patent.

When REVO sells the patent rights it is the owner of those rights who has the rights to use the patent, prevent anybody infringing on the patent, and issuing licenses to others. REVO, having sold the rights, has no say in the matter and can no longer issue licenses over rights it no longer owns.

So REVO will be left holding patents that have had the value sucked out of them.

This absence of value will be reflected in the balance sheet, and the pps.
