How many times has NNVC opened a new pilot level production facility in its history. Please explain just how exactly that is "deja vue".
I would submit that perhaps if you're unable to see the marked difference in recent events it might be because you're looking so hard for what you want or need to find that you're missing what's actually there.
The move to a higher exchange and a secondary with the price trading well above the execution price (and never below it since) are very significant events with nothing whatsoever "deja vue" about them.
