It won’t, because there isn’t a registration to suspend and then revoke. FINRA will likely remove the ticker once they deem it as inactive. The DTCC isn’t a regulator and it's Global Lock is not a regulatory action. The board will be deleted when FINRA deletes the ticker.
Resurrection here? NOT EVER! This ended up here because of fraud, the TA was revoked due to no records or incomplete records concerning the tickers they were supposed to provide service to. Management had a choice like the other 20 something tickers dealing with that TA, get a new TA or go down with the TA. There were 11 tickers that got new TAs and the rest like THRA died without a valid TA.
