HB: To me, a RS is just a technical trick to artificially boost the PPS. The fundamentals are still the same. Eps change doesn't matter a bit relative to the PPS. If we need it b/c of a Nasdaq price requirement and there is no other way around it, let's go ahead and do it. But nothing has changed fundamentally.
