I "think" the court meant to have it mediated by that date, but again this is a provision in his order subject to interpretation, and we may see a motion regarding it at some point in time i.e. VRNG tried to schedule it to take place by December 1 and GOOG doesn't want to. Not saying that will happen, but it's a possibility.

How do you read HJJ'S instructions regarding a settlement conference? Is a conference to be scheduled to occur by December 1st or scheduled by December 1st and occur whenever?
