Although I too am disappointed by the WordPress template and theme, if you'll take note, the site is already generating revenue with banner adds for BC Northern Lights and a seed bank, so, template or no, it appears it will be a revenue generator. Additionally it's content that will drive revenue, give them some time, it's been up all of 3-4 hours.
