Reserve book order flow. Advanced trading platforms allow for reserve book orders. One can bid or offer various amounts and disguise the order by showing only 100, 1000, or whatever... Its common.

If one were looking to add or release a significant amount of shares, reserve book orders are the way to go. IMO and I'm often wrong.
