I got my information through ETRADE....I called and ask in reference to MAGNA Holdings..... Call yourself and be told likewise.....

It is even posted on the E*Trade Concentration of Shares Held CHart.....

From TD Ameritrade info, there were 2.8 bil outstanding shares before the meeting. Didn't Robber issue himself 3 bil shares ( the 300,000 preferred which convert to 3 bil common shares, or they are still considered preferred and don't add up to OS ) ? That adds up to a minimum of 5.8 bil at this time...?
