Sorry, I have had a company was halted because of fraud. Look at a lot of the Chinese stocks that uplisted several years ago to NasDaq, which were later halted and then delisted due to fraud.
As I indicated, if the charges were so bad, the SEC would have halted JBII, which they did not. JBII got a slap on the wrist. As for being proven completely wrong (being the SEC), well that is others interpretation of what happened. JBII is still here and now moving forward. This does not mean in any way they will survive another year, yet I hope they do. JMO
