Government "shut down" is not really a government shut down and will have absolutely no effect on the housing, let alone FnF. Do you really think people will stop buying houses because the government is shutting down? They can give a rats arse. Investor will continue to purchase homes just to turn it around into a rental for profit. Money is money, it doesn't matter if the government is there or not. Look up greed.
