I am not sure, looks as if their main drug (a form of Niacin, that increases good cholesterol (HDL) may be under attack from MRK in few years, since the mid of December when MRK announced its plan for such a drug, the stock is still under pressure. Sure, if MRK screws up or is very late to the market...then under $50 KOSP seems like a good deal.
