They way they have been cutting deals, compensating themselves and issuing false PR's (at least a couple critical ones regarding profitability and share repurchase), such an investigation has always been a possibility. Bad thing is now we are likely to be affected again. Poor us!!

How much time are they allowed to inform investors of this situation?

The 8K states the company was recently informed of investigation....could this have been from weeks or months ago; and they took their rosey time informing us....used the max alotted time to do so?

Maybe this is in response to the uplift. Not sure of the Nasdaq rules on uplift or issues that they are bringing out.
