OK, now I'm pissed. See the news release. SEC looking at the following:

The principal areas of the Company’s internal review relate to internal controls, disclosures of related party transactions, settlements of claims including share issuances, executive compensation, and disclosure of perquisites. The Company was recently informed that the Staff has issued a formal order of investigation of the Company. There can be no assurance that these are the only subject matters of concern, what the nature or amounts in question will be, or that these are the only periods under review.

This is never good.

I DO NOT expect dilution. I expect the opposite. The last "dilution" caused us shareholders 25% of value that we have yet to recover from. That was from a private placement of 238,000 shares. 238k shares makes up 2.2% of our total O/S!!!! 2.2% caused us a 25% loss!!! The cost of equity financing is OUT OF CONTROL if you can't tell and you are saying EXPECT DILUTION?... Get a dang bank loan for christ sakes and make an f-ing profit!

I'm happy you've done well here. So have I, but in order to do better, you should probably hope they do not continue dilution as it is without a doubt the costliest of the financings.
