I don't think today was an ideal day to release any meaningful news. I hope to think that any CEO would consider market conditions a possible constraint (make judgement as to what happens this week...not day to day).

My time frame is soo long, I may forget that I own these 181k shares.

Actually I won't forget because I want more shares (but no mo money):-), but my time frame is way in the future. I have 17 years before I can retire with 1/4 mil in my 401k (with partial matching contributions I must say). 17 years from now is a good time frame for me.

A time frame based on milestones provided by the white paper not my imagination with a few weeks of leeway for delays.

I have the same time frame leeway. After all, 'by the end of 3rd quarter/in the 3rd quarter' ARE 'forward looking' statements subject to not entirely predictable events.
