SBC357, I understand your frustration.
In fact I feel as you do. We would all like to know why. However, IMO you won't find the information you want here or anywhere else for that matter. We'd be chasing our tail. I too have heard all the possible reasons but NO ONE can prove any of them. It's all speculation.
I would be inclined to say that we will manage to get out of the grips in due time. The company is becoming successful and is on track.
As shareholders, that's all we have to go on for now.
As far as you corresponding to Char... whatever his name is, is okay by me. I just hated to see you waste your time. Personally I have him on ignore. So...whatever!
