PinkBu, I haven't read Orchard's PLAN so I can't give a fair answer, but the name change to "liquidating" for both the common and Preferred shares gives a strong indication that the shares are likely to be cancelled.

It might be an idea to minimize risk, but read the PLAN first.

My adage is that some money is better than no money....if a BK company's shares are to be cancelled.
