glow_beatle.. I would agree with you that he isn't required to to. He's already told us about the contract, (which was the material event)and the terms. Anything beyond that would be a courtesy for investors, which I know he'll show.
At some point though investors may come to realize that and decide it isn't safe to wait to hear and now would be a good time to get in.
Shares are drying up bound to see a move one way or the other soon. I would think up.
glow-that would be nice..perhaps he already has the $150 mil deposit and is waiting to announce it! He has til the end of the month...getting very very exciting
