I do not believe Sky Financial has anything to do with Sky440. Sky Financial traded on the Nasdaq under the symbol SKYF prior to its acquisition by HBAN in 2007. Sky440 used the symbol SKYF starting in 2008 after the name change from Firesky Media.
"Sky Financial is a legal entity separate and distinct from its subsidiary bank and other subsidiaries.Its principal source of funds to pay dividends on its common stock and service its debt is (or was), from dividends from its subsidiaries, primarily Sky Bank."
So, it looks like Sky Bank was not part of the MERGER between Sky Financial Group and Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (Huntington).

Sky Bank, more than similar logo with Sky Financial Group, Inc.. Both have the same look with that kind of part of the Statue of Liberty Crown Spikes looking at the Blue Financial Sky up there...
