The scary part for me is our reliance on this judge doing the right thing for justice, IMO. I have lost faith in this judge and the only reason I am still hanging in here for justice at the end is no matter what his intent, this judge is not that challenged to overturn the jury verdict and the uspto ruling and hand the verdict to goog. He will drag this thing for the benefit of goog for as long as he can, if he doesn't kick the bucket in the meantime, and try to make life miserable for VRNG. He is also waiting for some kind of help from Obama and the justice department on behalf of goog, ala legislation against "patent trolls" as they say. They don't say patent thieves, cause goog is the lead dog in that regard, LOL!! IMO!!!
