It's not really confusing for those of us who called months ago when you shared the attorneys names. What's confusing is that anyone would still ignore the truth after reading the documents you posted that were dated just last month. In order to prove the case is "false", one must demonstrate the truth or existence of something by evidence or show beyond doubt. That has obviously NOT been done. Stating it's false simply because the case hasn't settled yet is misleading and flawed reasoning.
I was glad to see DJ post the letter of indemnification that Mark Goldberg signed, that letter should have put much of this to rest LONG ago. But no, we're going round in circles discussing this over and over again, when the proof was posted months ago. Your legal document posted Friday has PROVEN THE POINT. One needs only to read the document.
