The dude started saying it was approved two days beforehand. Whoever it was who said this it's illegal to do so. Perry is a one man show, and his lawyer BETTER know better than not to say that. Check out the posters other stocks, he doesn't have any that he posts about. I would tend to think he is just a rookie and didn't know he was passing on insider information.
