Sir, I understand well the ramifications to up list on both the NAS as well as AMX. IMHO, you have jumped to conclusions predicated on your past personal experiences and have then presented the outcome as fact, e.g. RS. You have failed to present the case of a share buy-back or merger as other ways to up list without the need to perform a RS. There are also other means by which to perform same. Point being, none of us need to promote a RS when it has not been publicly stated by AMBS, Tkx kindly.
