why are shareholders getting screwed? You loose NOTHING in your net worth...its just a technical thing and it is for a good reason: to uplist and to get rid of naked shorts...this is GREAT NEWS!

Agreed Sal, read the financing 8k and chairman's blog from yesterday. Gerold seems to have a plan in place to uplist.
My guess is 1 for 10 RS after PPS reaches .20 - .40 centsPPS.
