Certainly a step in the right direction, not as near as far as the SEC should go on the markets...especially the OTC. Well, the new crowdfunding law, once sorted out on implementation, will no doubt be far more lucrative to cons than even the current OTC market.
RVGD. Cons are still with this stock, symbol, or company...whatever folks will call it. Actually, it the continuation of another OTC scam company.

btw: US Federal Government. "Always use a bandaid to solve a cancer problem. After all, there are elections every 2 or 4 years....have to keep my job and you can only do so supporting your party, even if you disagree on issues. One must never stand on principles....hazardous to your career, don't ya know! ;-)
