Good to hear but I don't think any here are gonna settle for 50 cents. I don't think anyone is even considering anything under a buck & I bet most are really expecting more like $5. I hope it goes into that realm.

I have heard exactly the same thing re buyout offer and then different exchange, but my info was a straight billion dollars or approx. 1.10-1.20 a share, and yes from the UK side of things !
