Please explain how a "billion dollar company" will trade @ $25 when there are 500M shares O/S? Are you anticipating a R/S? Even if RCP used the 500M shares that they have deferred to make all future acquisitions, that still leaves 500M shares. You do realize what $25 would mean in terms of P/E, right?
