I personally feel they already got the votes on the proxy completed/passed and we are now eating past a block of shares from an old note- I expect we hear more updates on the matter very soon. In the past we see only 1 seller looking to sell down here-they complete their sales and we then move back up.
I have added shares a few times already and will add some more at these levels.
