EXACTLY: Yes, raised further DD flags for me too.
NOTE: HNSS careful to label this one "Bridge Loan". To the best of my knowledge -- a first. Not too great a leap only reason for BRIDGE loan was approval based on future "partnership" in some way/shape/form. You may have missed the part where the literature states a key component in this model is taking a large "ownership" chunk within its partnership arrangements. I believe I shared that at one point in time.
Thus my reasoning for gobbling up "low-hanging-fruit" -- nice risk / reward factor based on current check-off...
All-in-all: I like the lead-up keys to eventual news given the market, bottom share price, recent RS, website redo, micro-fill acknowledged financial statement asset, etc. For me -- regardless of past history -- this spells opportunity. bluesky2
