I totally agree with you vr. After all, my answer was simply to a hypothetical situation which I don't believe will happen anyway. But in this unlikely scenario, the odds that the lab work was off on the TRP sample would be more likely than the lab work being off in all of the other peer-reviewed, reproduced scientific settings around the world which proves there is an effect.
