That's really not a big difference if someone is "investing".

"Flipping" PVSP for a couple hundred dollars or maybe a grand or two if they're lucky, then yes, maybe that tick would make a difference.

There might be a handful of people "flipping" PVSP for some "real money" (depends on one's definition of "real money"), however, I see other solutions within the market that would be much more lucrative and worth the time, especially considering the PVSP volume lately.

I mean, why "flip" PVSP when there are dozens of other opportunities out there that would offer much nicer daily gains?

There is also a large number who are playing PVSP as a long-term hold. And really, there aren't many other tickers out there that have what PVSP has in regards to gain vs loss potential in this range.

I see PVSP as a much better long-term hold, compared to "flipping".
