The Form T trades always show the bid and the ask as of the EOD, not what they were at the time the transactions actually occurred.

These two T trades likely happened much earlier in the day when the bid was $.0011 and the ask was higher. The classification of buy vs. sell is whether the transaction was at the bid or ask.

It's just another tactic to hide demand. Many times buys are recorded as sells. Unfortunately S.O.P.; educated guess from the past.
