The date it was registered isn't a material issue. The fact that these two websites have some affiliation with VDSC and were registered by fraudster / diluter Walter Kokler should be of very serious concern. Seeing him apparently involved with VDSC causes me to believe that the stock is likely going to be diluted into the ground.
Sorry for the error on the registration date. The whois data I posted myself had the correct date.
