If the LTW Holders who did not opt in equal 20 % then you would multiply the $ 3.15 by 5 - if the LTW Holders win and receive 85 % of the Total Award.

I am doubtful that there would ever be any settlement agreement for less than the $ 3.15 a share plus tax gross up.
