They are not employees no more then shareholders would be...they are sub contractors who work for commission only. There are no benefits, there are not taxes to pay there is nothing more then for them then their would be if all the shareholders were to go out and beat the streets looking for business
All you do is forget the word shareholder and add subcontractor....but its the subcontractors job... where as prior to every single shareholder buying into NHYT they all either have jobs or their trading is their job...
Its simply not difficult to realize that shareholders, minus a very few, will not dedicate the time needed to be real sales people for a company that needs sales people.
