changes-iv...here's a bit of speculation as to what's happening.
It seems obvious to me that Dr.S is angling for a PRV with help from Duke prof's.. The way things may have passed is that the 3 Duke profs created the PRV concept for the govt. Now Dr.S is going back to them and providing proof to the Duke profs that the PRV concept was a good idea. This is something the Duke prof's can take back to the govt and both the govt and the profs can feel vindicated about it. It would seem to me that NNVC now has great visibility in the PRV programme, so a PRV voucher will be issued in the next few months...bank on it.
