You got that right, Henry Jan is shorting his own stock against his own position. He should pay attention to what happened to Steve and Ed Newman and Marty Weisberg from XYB#, xybernaut. Henry very well could be sharing a room with Marty for doing the exact same thing. They are shorting against the box position. Unfortunately shorting against the box is not illegal, but it is illegal for an affiliate to do it as it violates Section 10, Rule 10b-5
