Jackson has the remedy for that. Just sit back and don't rule on motions and make'em meet the deadlines. LMAO

Hope I’m wrong, but I foresee delays and battles involving this additional discovery. Discovery is always ripe for argumentation, motions, requests for more of this and that, even without involvement of a Google. If JJ’s schedule for discovery, briefing, etc. goes without time-consuming battles of various sort I’ll be surprised, especially in view of this case’s history and what Judge Scola notes is Google’s operational business plan that has delays as its main purpose, and what Justice Robart refers to as Google’s use of the court as a pawn in such legal matters. Judge Jackson’s Order scheduling discovery and briefing set in place, imho, the groundwork for additional delays. Again, hope I’m wrong.

The above does not change my oft-stated opinion that someday a few of us may still be alive to see an eventual very nice judgment for Vringo.

Red Angus, JJS, knowing HJJ, and it's M.O. how much longer, 3/6/9 Months, 1/2/3 years?, VRNG needes to begin to look for ways to create Cash Flow, and leave Google as the Icing on the Cake for whenever HJJ decides to rule in this case
