Another 13% today is a good thing. Plenty of bid support. Normally I would agree with that chart, but extraordinary circumstances are moving the stock currently. Mix the clearing of debt and return of 2 ships to the roster, end of dilution, 42m float, huge volume and accumulation, and today's filing canceling shares that were going to be issued. Good stuff.
