I'm not too familiar with Shark Tank or Daymond John. I don't watch much TV and have never heard of the guy until his association with Fuse.

If I'm not wrong, isn't he a venture capitalist? If so, and he likes Fuse so much, why doesn't he venture captalize Fuse? It would be better than diluting the stock to raise the capital.
